Well, the internet, technology, and social media platforms have given us several instances which proves that it is efficaciously powerful when used properly. However, today, we are not going to list out the index of viral sensations. Herein, we will take an account of those who met their family or the dreams that were perished under tough and vague circumstances and the ultimate hero of this righteous deeds was none other than the internet.

During the excruciating partition in the year 1947, a small girl aged 13 years was parted with his Indian family. Now, that little innocent girl is an elderly lady aging 86 years. It’s a story of Daphia Bai, who, in the grueling bustle of the Indo-Pak division was kidnapped from Bikaner and later was imposed to convert into Islam. She then got married there, had kids but she always grieved in the memory of her lost family back in India. Her arduous story was listened to by a sympathetic YouTuber Muhammad Alamgir who not just listened but also made an attempt to unite with her separated family by uploading her story on youtube.

It is then when the internet actively exhibited its power by circulating the video of this resolute lady and eventually making it reach to the family of Daphia Bai. With her moist eyes and heavy heart Daphia connected to her missing family (grandsons and nephews) via Whatsapp video call and finally had a sigh of relief. Now the only wish she had is to have a visa to get back to India and conjoin once with her origin.

The notion of this piece of writing is generated from these two cuties from Malviya Nagar, Delhi. The magic of the internet is beyond beliefs. This senior couple struggled throughout their life for a placid livelihood yet their basic intent of survival was fulfilled only when a Youtuber took the clip of their devoid shop. Kanta Prasad and Badami Devi usually prepare meals every day. But unfortunately, they had always been left with dry income as no customers were found to their small yet rich in taste shop. Soon after the clip was uploaded it reaped millions of views on social media.

Subsequently, it garnered huge empathy and support from Delhi’s people. The public gathered to their tiny shop and enjoyed the authentic meal cooked by the old aged yet determined couple. When asked about the flooded love from the people, these two emotionally stated that they have achieved much more than their expectation. They also apprised that success comes at any age, thus, people should never drop their hope.

Lost boy finds his family Through Internet

Internet ain’t flaunting its intensity just in recent times. The Internet has always been a fortitude to those who use it with conviction and inclination. This episode comes from a guy who appeared in the headlines in the year 2012. In 1986, 5 years old indigent boy named Saroo was traveling with his elder brother. His family worked as a sweeper in the trains and being a poverty-stricken kid, he accompanied them. But fate separated them when his brother was resting and Saroo unknowingly got down from the train and went missing. Upon this, Saroo was handed over to the orphanage in Kolkata and later was adopted by a family hailing from Tasmania, Australia.

The kid grew up there and had an affluent life but he always mourned for his actual family. His urge to getting back to India increased with his age. Seemingly, it gave him the idea of searching his home through Google earth. Saroo often burst into tears for his mother, he wanted to get back to her. He was an intelligent boy remembering the hazy glimpses of his slum area. Therefore, he searched his home through satellite image and finally detected his home after 25 years resulting in the reunion with his family.

Student delivered a baby on a train with the help of the Internet

Once an MBBS student delivered a baby on the train after receiving instructions from his seniors via Whatsapp. Well, you may have seen this outline in the movie 3 idiots. But, this scene turned into reality when a 22 years old medical student delivered a baby on the train. Vipin Khadse was traveling in the Ahemadabad-Puri express train wherein a pregnant lady started growing the pregnancy pain. Later, an unconfident boy stepped in and turned the compartment into a delivery room. Vipin was an intern, he was quite nervous but he collected all his courage and made us realize in the phrase “Doctors are the incarnation of God”.

Vipin may not have been qualified enough to practice the delicate case of delivering a baby but he tried and succeeded. As he was an aspirant that time, hence he asked for the guidance from his seniors on the Whatsapp group. His seniors supported with all the concern and assisted him consistently. He successfully delivered the baby and saved the lives of the mother and her baby.

There are several occurrences when the internet came to the rescue and helped people. Stories like Facebook posts saving a life or a crime getting resolved through a certain post or activity is evidently common. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or any other modes of the internet are very useful. It sometimes appears as a miracle and sorts out the issues within a blinking moment.
